Tri-ax and reverse

This is how I try to get into reverse, and it doesn't work at least half the time, its so frustrating to be driving with someone and have it take 5 minutes to get into reverse and just back out of the parking space.

my cobra did it befoe the tri-ax, with the tri-ax it does it a LOT less, and i can slam it if i get angry at it and not hurt it!

Now that's the kind of answer I'm looking for. Of couse if I break something, I'll have to put my stock shifter back on before it goes back to the shop.
