![]() Yeah I would go ahead and get the one for A/C b/c somehow I think that one is equipped for better cooling. Only difference is that it has an extra line spout that comes with a plug you can use (but maybe that's the only difference so maybe you don't need to. I would just ask them to show you both and then make your decision from that)
I removed my condenser for better air flow to radiator and less weight (HA! less weight, that's almost a joke. That condenser has gotta be less than 2 lbs--much lighter than I thought). I don't have air now so it's just a waste of space. Very easy to remove. I'm about 90% sure if it has the fittings for trans cooler, but if you go to PEp Boys, you can see for yourself. ----------------------------------------- '79 Mustang Coup w/ 4" Cowl Stock 5.8L, C4 w/ shift kit Holley 750 cfm, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake 1 5/8" MAC shorty headers, Al driveshaft 2.5" Off road H-pipe, 2-chamber Flowmasters Front: 225/60/15, Rear: 255/60/15 Eagle GT II Weld wheels (15x6;15x8), 8.8" Rear w/ 3.55s 14 x 4” K&N air filter (getting the Xtreme setup someday) ![]() "Red, thou art my companion.
