Well, speaking as someone who recently got a shirt (and decals!), I think that $29 is a great price, BUT, I have seen and worn the shirt, and I know how killer it is. Those who have never seen one in person won't realize what a great shirt it is, and won't understand what a really good deal that is.
That didn't help any, I know, but it's something to keep in mind. Take care, ÅChris
