With that list of parts you have I am sure you have got a nice little pony there. With the TKO you should be good for a road trip, but I did notice the stock water pump, and you didn't list any upgraded radiator. I would upgrade both of those before I took anyroad trips with the car, even if it is just to break it in. As far as the break in goes, you can see there are a few different opinions. Would think it is still the safe bet to drive it around town, if you want to take a 25 - 50 mile drive on the freeway, and keep checking the oil, temp, might have to adjust the rockers, so I wouldn't do the 260 road trip until after the motor is broken in.
