I can't say that I am suprised. They carry a good assortment of parts (most of which are overpriced), and they have a chassis dyno, but other than that I wouldn't trust them with service work.
A buddy of mine went in for Heads / cam / intake / suspension install and it was a nightmare. When he got his car back from them (after they upped the price on him a few times) it was missing his aluminum driveshaft and they had replaced it with someone's old rusty stock one! They sold him on the track heat intake for $50 more than the Street, then when he got the car back they had installed the Street Heat intake (he had already paid the $50, but they had it in stock so they installed it and didn't say a word!). It took them over 4 weeks to get it done, and while it did put out over 300 rwhp at the rear wheels there was no "service" after the sale (unless you count a referral to their lawyer for any further communication!). I'll try to find his posts about it. |
