![]() Lessening you out of balance wait is always good but it may be cheaper to buy an early model 302 crank that is already 28 istead of balancing your 50 down. Clutches are supposed to be zero balance because all you balance is in the flwheel crank and balancer. So any clutch would worck now that is theroretical if you are building a real high winder then get your clutch balanced with the rest of the assembly because of manufactureing tolerances they are not always a perfect 0.
