![]() There were both a Ford GT40 cast iron and aluminum engine you could choose from, so who knows. I know the cast iron heads (i just bought some) have "GT" cast into below the exhaust ports (forget which side of the head). Usually aluminum is ALOT lighter color than cast iron and the block and heads will be different colors. This is all i can think of.
