Thnx, finally a reply, the whining has been there forever, i was told an input shaft, or countershaft is the problem (for the whining), but also told it wont hurt to drive with for a while till it might let go , yes im gonna tear it down, i only have two jackstands, and a gravel driveway, but i'll manage, what should i look for, will the disc be in bad noticeable shape? I plan on upgrading the bearing retainer and so fourth, but my t-5 shifts decent, except 3rd gr sounds like it may be ready to start grinding, oh well i just want the clutch TO bearing ect...then i'll go from there...thnx again
