I haven't encountered snow with it yet, if it is bad I may reinforce the roof with some old sheets of plywood. I do hold down the canopy with buckets of cement(rope around the poles down to the cement buckets). We have an above ground pool cover here that has a slow, lw wattage fan that constantly blows up the cover so rain and snow roll right off. With very wet, heavy snow we have to go out and clear the snow off every couple of hours. I hope the canopy will be good, but if not i'll reinforce it like said.
