![]() i would defintely change my oil. you really didnt see every piece of gasket material, did you? always change your oil. Its cheap also. I know most likely you had a rag in the valley, but stuff can still get in your lifters. take from me after i put my reworked heads in. I changed the oil, and still the lifter clacks. didnt do that before i did the head work and i am really careful. all it takes is a micron of dirt to prevent a lifter from working properly.
