Well if your real real good with an M5 car and no slicks, you will need to knock off .71 of a second to break the 12 second barrier. If your me then you'll need to knock off 1.51 seconds.
Isn't the rule of thumb 10 hp for every .10 of a second? If thats the case, then your looking for 80 to 100 hp. I'm guessing that the best you'll get with pulleys, ignition, cold-air, full exhaust (long tubes), spacer, and a tbody is 30 or 40 hp. a tbody, no air silencer, and after cat exhaust seems to be worth a whopping 6 hp. If you mean bolt including heads and cams, then I think you might be able to squeeze some more out of it.
