hey, i was wondering the same thing. is the engine doing this or is it the tach. i have a P.O.S. tach and it does the same thing.

ATI c4 reverse manual valve body.
no e.t. yet
before rear swap and NOS addition ran 15.1 with the 2.78 rear gears
