The TR-3650 is a completely different transmission than the T-45. TTC, who already owned Tremec, allowed Tremect to aquire the rights to the Borg Warner Transmission lines. The 2001 Mustang's came with both the T-45, and the TR-3650, depending on build date.

Mustang92 : Something doesn't add up. If you do to the math, the gearing would favor 2nd gear and 3.27s more than 4th gear and 4.30s .
