according to fordvehicles.com the 2003 mustang (V6, V6 vert, GT, GT vert) ALL came with 3:27s...but the new 2003 comes with 3:55s...mine's a 2002 and it's got 3:27s too...so id assume at least 99+ are all 3:27s...
