In my opinion, those things are a wonderful example of rice. What's next? Little blue lights for the windshield washer squirty thingys (whatever the HECK those things are called ) ? Or maybe glowing exhaust tips that glow blue or orange and red and yellow to make it look like you're shooting fire out of your tail end... OOOOOOHHHH, that's gotta be a fast car with those things on AAAAHH *sigh* Well, you ask.... I answered. But hey, it was a present-- a nice thought. I'm not dissing the fact that your mom gave you a present--- b/c that was simply sweet of her for thinking about you, but, nonetheless, you don't have to put them on your car. Put them on a bicycle-- more appropriate....
