K...just wondering...
I have Road Runner. Just seems like my pc is running slower than it should. Prolly would help if I cleared some of the CRAP out of it and Defragged more. Does that help to do a Defrag often, as far as keeping it running faster? Ive only done it maybe once or twice since I had it.  TNT
