![]() What weight of oil are you using? Usually it's the other way around in the winter. The cold makes the oil a little thicker, not flowing quite as easily, and the oil pressure would be up a bit more than during the warmer parts of the year. Just like after the oil heats up it's thinner and flows better. It almost sounds like your oil pressure sender is bad or something. You might replace it and see what it does.
