Well, you have five choices.
1) Leave it alone (I like this one) 2) Install a blow-by evac set-up (involves welding a tip into your headers, 2 one-way check valves, and hoses from the collectors to the valvecovers) 3) Install breathers on your valve covers (if you have any compression, juice or boost, expect oil all over your engine) 4) Install a valve cover with elevated breathers (works) 5) Blow out your seals and gaskets Take your pick.
