I'm pretty sure they are suppsoed to be close to 5V. I have a nice reference here but it has been packed away because I am moving. I would think it should stay at 5 in neutral also.
Are you having problems with something or is this just for informational purposes? Anyway I will be done moving by the end of the week so if no one else helps you out... I'll dig the book out. Bob
