The fuel pump relay should be under the drivers seat. I have never changed one out, but I would imagine it would involve buying a new one, unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. Sounds relatively simple, but once again, I have never done it so I am not sure if anything else is involved. Have you pulled your codes? If it is the relay or the pump, I would think you would have codes.
