I have a 91 Coupe with a 5.0 and AOD that currently has an H-pipe on the car. The only problem due to the fact that MAC h-pipe's must be for m/t, the passenger side O2 sensor mount must be relocated so that the O2 sensor can be installed without hitting the transmission. As I found out over a period of time the O2 sensor will break. Hope this helps.
