Those would require custom tail pipes. I think it would be more trouble than it is worth, unless it is a car that sees the track more than the road. I don't think it would pick up a big difference.

Actually my '01 had an h-pipe, meter, intake, 2 chamber flows, lowering kit and a chip. Ford fixed a bunch of motor stuff under warranty.
