i have a stock 87 upper ho and a stock 87 upper which was extrude honed. the cast dates are within 3 months of each other and the part #s are identical. there are minor exterior differences, (other than no ho on neck) but i have been told that before it was ported the non ho unit had a smaller diameter front port. i dont know what junk yard vehicle it was taken from, but it is clean.
