![]() ok, I just started the car with both ends of the original wire disconected. The alternator was not charging so I am assuming the stator wire gets its power form the original wire. I reconnected it on the soleniod, and left the other end disconnected. Now thev volt meter reads around 14 volts so the alternator is now charging. Can someone please confirm this is the right way to do it? I am also replacing the fuse link with some 10 gauge since it is falling apart. Thanks.
