I think that these cars that you talk of probably have very rich owners, these owners represent less than 1% of the ricer population. The majority of ricers cannot race because their "bookshelf" wing, decals, Japanese stickers and neons weigh down their cars so much that their I4 engine can barely get their car to start rolling. Sometimes they make me think that bright colors, shiny rims and Japanese decals make a car go faster, but alas it does not. Theses are the people i despise, they are all show no go.
