i have a 383 in my 86 tube chassis coupe....its a bad beast..dynoed at 700 rwhp and i have been mid - low 8's @ 165 with it. It only wieghs 2135 though and i have alcohol injection on it......weighs alot less than that chevelle. The sbf in my street car does ok so i cant complain.
