I JUST bought one from 50 Resto.. it came in this week.. I havent installed it yet.... when I bought my car it had a new top on it.. but the guys who installed it (an uppolstry shop) didnt replace the PADS... all they did was place some fabric over the old ones... it was glued on... the glue wore off and those pieces fell off... to reveal the factory pads were WASTED.... I used it anyway and in a couple weeks I had pinches in the top and now a nice tear hole... I didnt care too much cause I wanted to paint the car anyway... so i went to 50 resto and got thier "ULTIMATE TOP KIT" it comes with PADS, a TOP, and a GLASS CURTAIN. its like 350 or so... maybe alittle more.... though from what I'm told it's esy enough to install... but if your pads are in rough shape I would definately replace them

There are other places that sell tops too... I havent installed mine, but it looks nice in the box
