The breaker on the starter relay controls your door locks etc. I had this same problem when I replaced the door handles on my 91 coupe. I made the mistake of damaging the wires associated with the power locks when I screwed the screws into the door panel area. This cause a short in my door locks and when I traced back the events I found the frayed wire that I caused and covered it with shrink and the problem went away at the breaker area.... Mine stayed hot until I found the short that I caused....
