The torque sequence shoould be fairly standard. Start at the center and work your way to the edges in a criss-cross or circular pattern. Even though it is a relatively light torque #, it wouldn't hurt to torque it down in two steps. Make sure the bolts are clean, and use a small amount of oil or never-sieze to make sure you are getting the proper torque.
