I'm sorry to say this, but what you are experiancing is the loss of tons of torque.

Your 65mm T/B, shortie headers, and high flow H are robbing tons of low end torque. Your engine still has the stock heads/intake on it, so no matter what else you do, you won't be seeing power up high. The gears should have helped offset the torque loss, and that heat and humidity is probably why you are still running the same.

I can't remember anything about the ADS superchip, is it an off the shelf chip? If it is, running 13* timing could have had you pinging and the computer retarding timing down the track, since most chips advance timing for you.
