150k miles and no change... from what I've been told if you don't maintain it regularly then you shouldn't change it atall. Grime and slug build up in the tranny and changing the fluid will loosen some of this crap and it will clog passages and cause your tranny to burn up... requiring a rebuild. I changed my fluid alittle late(back in 1994) once and the tranny didn't last long atall.
