Custom auto insurance for stangs?

I looked into getting this for my stang a while back. The only place I could find was StateFarm, but they will on do it for trucks . They also told me that if I were to get it appraised, and if something happened to the car, they would replace the mods on a "case-by-case" basis Right now, I just have the min insurance so I can get her on the road. She will see less then 500 miles a year, and I can't see spending over 200 a month for that.
