Thanks for the input, I've been outa town a few days, just got back. Chunky, you understood perfectly the problem and you're right, its not so bad I can feel it with my finger. I think I'm gonna slot the bolt holes in the headers and center the header ports on the heads. This will give me about 2mm of metal to metal overlap all the way around. Eddie
