Is it worth it to have my car dyno'ed and tuned?

Well I have my appointment set for August 17th. I'm going to do the tuning for $125. I hope they can squeeze out another 10hp that I wouldnt have been able to do otherwise.
I'm hoping for 260 rwhp and 295 torque.
