what book is it? lol. Well I just did my timming chain on my 302 and the harmonic balancer buts up against the lower sprocket when the motor is back together, so there is no room for a oil slinger.
Theres nothing in my Ford Factory service manual about a oil slinger. Your motor is a 351 though? Im not sure about those.\
