75mm tb sounds a little big to me, I'd stay under 70mm, probably a 65. There are many factors that play into it being streetable such as compression and cam. I wouldn't get too wild. My combo is pretty streetable, actually without the blower its not real real impressive, with all motor I would have gone with a more aggressive cam and more compression.
