My daughter has a 94 and when we got it the a/c evap was leaking. So I put in new evap and heater core. Yeah it sure is a pain. Now as far as your a/c not working, whats not working? The blower, not cooling, vents not changing? Get a little more specific and I'll try to help. I had the dash out twice in that car so pretty familar with everything.
