thanks for your help but i figured it out......ended up cutting the lowere hole in the ac bracket out about a 3/4 inch square and putting it back on......then of course i removed the ac pump first, but any way cutting the hole allowed a little play in the powersteering pump which when you lossen the bolts you can rout a 69.5 inch belt correctly....you have to remove the tensioner first rout the belt then tighten the powersteering pump using a pry bar to genl;ty pivot it back then tightn those bolts put the tensioner back on the voila your done which will leave an 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap between the belt under the tensioner.
