When I rebuilt my trans I removed the t5 and bellhousing together, then removed those 4 bolts (with the bellhousing clamped to a table and a breaker bar on the ratchet).
If you can get a decent impact wrench, compressor, impact universal adaptor (standard ones can explode) and appropriate impact sockets and LONG extension you could remove them on or off the car with little trouble. Good luck, Rich D. |
