(the other situation is phone work, people will say things on the phone to you that they wouldnt do in person in a million years. ) I always wanted to follow a queue jumper to his/her final destination, and wait till they get in line for something (burger, etc) and then just walk up and step in front of them. Sort of an object lesson in being a thinking, considerate human. J
