![]() One thing to consider - the freer flowing intake system, the less work the blower will have to push in the mixture - or - the more mixture the blower can push in for the same amount of effort. Only thing is, the big heads and intake will really weaken esp. the low and mid-range drivebility and throttle response of your 5.0 size motor until you add the blower, and then you'd want to size and drive the blower to start making some boost pretty quickly off idle or you'll still have a very mushy lower end. Talk to the blower mfg and see what they recommend for what you want to end up with. I understand the X cam works very well with a blower (that's what Coast often uses on quite hp blower motors)
