Have you tried Progressive Insurance... they have some of the cheapest rates around here. My family works in insurance and they say the way to get the lowest insurance rates is get an insurance company that isnt a huge cooperation or anything... but just because you get one out of the city you live in doesnt mean you are gonna see a HUGE drop in price. Im sorry you had to be a guy
 see us girls can play... and we BARELY pay... my insurance is SUPER cheap...  I hope you find a cheaper rate than that... that will break you fast  lolByebye
