Default clogged oil passage

I'm sure this has nothing to do with the loose rocker arm...but I had a pushrod tip get hammered up pretty bad on the rocker side as well. I pulled the pushrod to find out that their was no oil getting to the top of the pushrod to lubricate the rocker tip! The oil passage was actually clogged with a chunk of gasket or something. Just something to keep in mind. You may want to take a peak down the oil passage of any pushrods you may pull.
