well, if they were not drunk, the cops would have figured it out and helped them as pointed out.
If they hit someone else and tried to get away, then they should be turned in anyhow. It is hit and runs that contribute to all of us having higher insurance rates. no need to feel bad. I think u should pat urself on the back. Ryan
