im having the exact same problem with my 97 gt stock transmission... only it can pretty much grind any gears when cold if you shift too fast. it runs perfect when its warmed up (15 min of highway driving). what transmission fluid would you guys reccomend, hands down, and should i only put a certain amount like the tremec site says, or should i fill till it overflows?

also, this will only improve the grinding slightly right, not necissarily remove it entirely?
