If the intake says 5.0 HO they are most likely E7's. GT-40 heads came stock on 93-95 cobras and on 1st generation ford lightnings.
GT-40P's came on the 5.0 explorers. You will be able to identify the GT-40P's rather easily. The spark plug holes are straight instead of angled.
