No, youre not being an idiot, some of these things are just hard to figure out.

There is not an attach file button, there is a section labelled on the left that says attach file. Next to it is a blank space and a browse button. Brouse your computer and find the picture you want to attach and highlight it. Then when you submit it should send the picture. before you submit look at the blank next to the browse button, it should have the location of your picture listed there. If it doesnt, hit browse again and click on the picture, it should select it and put the location in that box.
