Any one running a 347 with trick flow twisted wedge heads and high compression? I am having trouble finding a forged high compression pistons for this type of head. I have tried JE and the best they could do was 11.8:1. I am looking for atleast 13:1 compression and am not sure where to look next. I need to get pistons soon to get the motor together! Any suggestions appreciated ahead of time. Thanks

I know Bennet Racing can have you a set of custom pistons made. My friend Brad (Bo55) has a set of custom pistons Ross did for him through Bennet in his race car.

Have you tried Coast High Performance? They've got a nice array of custom pistons to chose from.

Probe has a set of ~12.3:1 dome tops for a 347. If you still want more compression you will be most likely looking at custom pistons. Shaving the heads that much could just wind up causing you p/v problems and/or intake alignment problems.

I know they need to be custom made, but JE told me they couldnt make them. I am waiting to here from ROSS. I could mill the heads, but I have o-ringed heads and want to stay away from shaving them because im not sure how much needs to come off. If ROSS cant help me I will look into the places you guys have said. Thanks
