Yes, all you need to do is pull up the boot cover...and have very skinny fingers and great skill with a wrench to get at the back screws. Also, when I did mine, I had a little trouble getting the old shifter to come off - I ended up hitting it with a hammer and long screwdriver from underneath the vehicle.
