Leak down test.

Exhaust in water test, (Radiator shop adds die to water ,it turns yellow if present.)

Air in system.

The wrong direction water pump/ crappy after market pump.

Stat in backwards.


Too much antifreeze.

Collapsed hose/hoses when hot.

Or any of previous posts.
